Located in one of the residential areas with the greatest added value in the city is Arrecife Residence.

Located on a corner property, the design focuses on the work of two main facades: the front and the side.

Neutral colors were used with touches of dark wood. The apparent concrete as the main material gives it a touch of contemporaneity that makes the project stand out from the rest of the homes in the area.

Regarding the interior design, the kitchen, living room and dining room were planned without any type of partition to generate a feeling of spaciousness and allow the entry of natural light. Neutral and warm colors dominate the design.

A lateral space of green area and concrete frame surround the prismatic volume of the project.
