Dark colors predominate in this design to generate an appearance of sophistication and luxury, while harmonizing with the next residence.

The distribution was based on generating open and free spaces. The ground floor has living room without divisions which will be multifunctional according to the desired use. The main purpose of the outdoor areas is to allow the user to coexist while enjoying the view of the adjacent body of water
