Inca House
The Inca House project arose from the need to rehabilitate an old home without losing the charm of a building with great history.
The house has a single level and a service basement. It contains four bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room and two services.
As for the exterior, it has a terrace with a barbecue area and a large garden with fruit trees.
One of the focal points of the project was the kitchen and the living room, since they shared a common area and would become the family coexistence space.
A fireplace was proposed in the room that gives a touch of warmth to the home. An island was added in the kitchen for better functionality of the space.
As for the exterior, the original facades were restored without altering the original style.
