Proposal for renovation and decoration of a Mallorcan vernacular home in Palmer, Mallorca.

The proposal invites the decoration of the old style of the region and the adaptation to current housing functions.

The project consists of a luxury country house away from the hustle and bustle of the city to rest and relax. The distribution consists of two functionally divided spaces; which are: the common area, and the rest area.

In the social area we find the living room and the kitchen sharing functions in the smallest space, while the rest rooms occupy most of the interior space.

In the outdoor area, it is suggested to add a pool so that users get the complete vacation experience.
