Santa Ponsa House

Residence located in one of the most sought-after areas in the southwest of Mallorca, it has 5 bright rooms with Mediterranean style where stone and wood are the undisputed protagonists.

It has a large circular room and adjoining areas with gabled roofs.

The sundeck located as the central patio, manages to provide the necessary cozy atmosphere. To enjoy the area, an outdoor terrace with a natural wood pergola was added.

The intention of the Project was to modernize the residence with suggestions in finishes, aluminium and decoration in general.
