Kantal
Kantal is a planned and designed community within a harmonious environment in the Riviera Maya, its design committed to the environment, offering quality of life to its customers, cutting edge and real estate innovation. The magnitude of this project allowed Arquitecturazul to collaborate in the development of this project with renowned companies nationwide.
A Project with more than 15 Amenities and Services, as well as Artificial Lagoons and Natural Landscapes. Located just 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport and 1 hour from Tulum Airport, just 15 minutes from the beach, in one of the areas with most surplus value and growth of Playa del Carmen, near main roads, with extensive walkers, pedestrian zones, bike paths and green areas that connect the whole Project.
Kantal will be developed on a land of 330 hectares, of which 35% is dedicated to natural conservation. The project will be executed in 2 phases, each one composed of commercial, residential and hotel developments.

Arquitecturazul, collaborated in the following activities for the development of this project, taking into consideration the municipal and state regulations.
- Architectural Proposals for the design of the «Master Plan» of urbanization and lotification
- Project Digital Infographic.
- Breakdown of the areas covered by each Project Area.
- Elaboration of General Budget of the Project. Cost per M2.
- Management of procedures and preparation of information for Municipal units.
