Casa T

This project is located in Puerto Cancun, designed to promote the nautical lifestyle and in direct contact with Caribbean Sea. CASA T has two accesses, one vehicle and another pedestrian, both from the main road of the residential, controlled by a guardhouse. Pedestrian access receives you with a staircase surrounded by gardening and water mirrors, which lead you to the access porch and vehicular access.

The common areas have a rectangular shaped pool, provided with a pair of swim lanes, jacuzzi and infinity effect, surrounded on both sides with a wooden deck that lead us to the Barbecue Palapa which is surrounded by landscaping.
